Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you pay — 7-day free trial

ACT-iOS offers a 7-day free trialon every plan. No credit card is required to start. The trial gives you full access to the toolkit — all skills, agents, rules, and knowledge files — so you can confirm it fits your workflow before paying.

Because the trial is your evaluation window, all purchases made after the trial are final.

2. All sales are final

We do not offer refunds on any plan once payment has been charged. This applies to:

  • The monthly subscription (₹599/month).
  • The annual subscription (₹4,999/year).
  • The one-time lifetime licence (₹10,799).

We also do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used subscription periods, early cancellations, or reduced usage.

This policy exists because ACT-iOS is a small, independent operation. Offering a manual refund process would take resources away from maintaining the toolkit. The 7-day trial is the risk-reversal mechanism instead.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time — cancellation is fully self-service and does not require contacting us. Open the customer-portal link in your original purchase-confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy and click “Cancel subscription”.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to the toolkit, skill updates, and Discord community until that date, and no further charges are made.

4. Payment problems and duplicate charges

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example a duplicate transaction, a failed download caused by our error, or a charge for a subscription you had already cancelled — email support@actios.dev with your Lemon Squeezy order ID. Demonstrably erroneous charges will be reversed. This is not a general-purpose refund channel.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you email us before disputing a charge with your bank or card network. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first — particularly after the 7-day trial has given you full access to the toolkit — may result in permanent revocation of repository access and a ban from future purchases.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, including the EU distance-selling right of withdrawal and India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where those rights give you a better outcome than this policy, they apply.
